We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and we want you to be thrilled with them, too! If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can exchange unused products or return them for a full refund.
CANADA RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Products can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products can be exchanged for another item for up to 120 days from the purchase date. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
US RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Products can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products can be exchanged for another item for up to 120 days from the purchase date. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Due to the long shipping times, there is a $10 restocking fee on all returned or exchanged items from US. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
All US returns and exchanges must first be authorized by our customer service team. Please contact us at hello@leoella.com to request a return authorization.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

- Refunds/exchanges are not issued until the return has been received at our fulfillment center and inspected for wear & tear.
- We cannot guarantee that the same product you originally purchased will be available for an exchange, however, we will do our very best to make sure you’re happy with the final outcome.
- Please note, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly from leoella.com If you purchased your Leo&Ella™ product from another retailer, please contact them for their return policies.
- The shipping fee is nonrefundable.
